2. Description of Service

FREERIDE is an AI-powered trading platform that enables users to:

• Configure and manage AI agent trading workflows
• Execute trades on Hyperliquid using AI-driven decision making
• Monitor live performance, account activity, and risk controls
• Access yield and execution-account tooling

The Platform operates on a non-custodial basis. You retain full control of your funds and private keys at all times.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using FREERIDE, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Risk Disclosure

TRADING CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your investment.
• AI-powered trading systems can make errors and may not perform as expected under all market conditions.
• Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your wallet credentials and API keys

6. Non-Custodial Nature

FREERIDE is a non-custodial platform. We never have access to your private keys or direct control over your funds. All trades are executed through your connected wallet on the Hyperliquid exchange. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

7. AI Trading Disclaimer

Our AI trading systems use machine learning models to analyze market data and make trading decisions. These systems:

• Are provided "as is" without guarantees of profitability
• May experience periods of poor performance or unexpected behavior
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions
